The automated systems should be able to provide almost everything you need, including unsubscribing from a list and resetting your list passoword. If, however, you need to contact a human, all lists have a list owner that is available at the address:
<LISTNAME-owner@lists.gno.org>Note that contacting the list owner is usually related to problems with the mailing list itself, not questions about its related topics.
